All puppies are sold with a written contract. Pets will have the AKC Limited Registration and a clause requiring spaying/neutering. Show-potential puppies are kept in co-ownership with the breeder on the AKC Registration until all requirements of the contract are met. Our contract requires either the return to us of any dog we have bred if the new owners are unable to keep the dog, or a written approval of any new home under these circumstances. We are always available to assist any buyer with any questions or problems. All breeding stock is OFA certified free of hip dysplasia and checked for any eye disease.
