Is BreedersUSA.com for United States breeders only?
Our breeder directory currently lists breeders in the USA and Canada. In the future, we hope to expand our program to include other countries, but we have no definate plans at this time.

Does BreedersUSA.com list all dog breeds?
At this time, our site includes only those breeds recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC). Soon we will be adding a "Rare Breeds" category where non-AKC breeds can be listed.

Can my kennel be listed for multiple breeds at no additional cost?
YES! If you breed more than one type of dog, we will gladly place you in all the appropriate categories. Our listing price is per company, not per breed or state. Please note that to be listed for multiple breeds you must be actively breeding/selling dogs of each breed, and your website must make this clear.

Can my kennel be listed in multiple states at no additional cost?
YES! If your company has locations in more than one state, we will gladly place you in all the appropriate categories. Our listing price is per company, not per breed or state. Please note that to be listed for multiple states you must be have a location in each state, and your website must make this clear.

What is a free link exchange and who is eligable for one?
If your website is an animal rescue or other non-profit organization, we will gladly provide you with a free listing in our pet products and services directory. To apply for a free listing, first place a text link or banner for BreedersUSA.com somewhere on your website, then fill out our free link exchange form.

What packages do you offer breeders?
We offer three packages: "Litter" package, "Basic" package, and "Advantage" package. Please see this page for more information.

• The Litter package is 3 month listing. It was designed for breeders who only wish to advertise when they are expecting a litter or have puppies for sale. This is our most affordable packages.
  
  
• The Basic package is a 12 month listing. It was designed for larger operations that like to have a 'waiting list' for their pups well in advance of their birth.
  
  
• The Advantage packages is for serious breeders that want to get the most out of their BreedersUSA.com listing. In addition to a 12 month listing in our breeder directory, an ad for your kennel is added to our banner rotation.
  

What packages do you offer pet-related businesses?

• Our Basic package is a 12 month listing. This low cost package is ideal for small businesses. (Just $5 per month!)

How do I place an order?

• Breeders - find the package you would like to order on this page and click where it says "Order Now" to bring up an order form.

After you fill out the form and press 'submit', you will be taken to a page with payment instructions. Once we have received your form and payment, your site will be added to our directory.

How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders.

• To pay with PayPal, click the "Pay now with PayPal" button after you submit your order form, or login to PayPal.com and click the "Send Money" tab to send payment to support@breedersusa.com.
  
  
• If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please send email us at support@breedersusa.com after you submit your order form. We will email you an invoice to include with your payment (or send you a paper copy if you are unable to print the document). Please mail your payment, along with a copy of the invoice, to:

How are the banner ads on BreedersUSA.com rotated?
When your browser loads one of our pages, a banner is chosen at random and displayed. As you travel around our site, you may see different banners or, because it is random, you may see the same banner a few times. No one banner is shown more than the others. When a page is loaded, each banner has an equal chance of being shown.

How is the 'Breeder of the Month' chosen?
Each month, a breeder is chosen at random (either from our entire database or from a smaller subset) and they are featured on our site as the "Breeder of the Month".

Does BreedersUSA.com only list responsible breeders?
We regret that at this time, there is no way for us to insure that all our clients are responsible breeders.  We look over our clients' websites before listing them, but since we list breeders throughout the USA and Canada, on-site inspections are impossible. A listing on our site is merely an advertisement, not an endorsement of any kind. 

Visitors to our site are encouraged to research their local breeders and
inspect their kennels before signing contracts or purchasing dogs.  We are
currently working on articles for our website which we hope will educate our
visiors and help them to make educated decisions.


How does the Referral Program work?

1) Tell other breeders about BreedersUSA.com and ask them to put your kennel name and URL in the "Breeder Referral" section of their order form when they sign up.

2) Once we receive their payment, you will be notified via email that you have earned a Referral Credit.

3) After you earn 3 or more Referral Credits, redeem them for FREE renewals for your subscription.

How can I change my subscription information?
